This presentation will include a summary of the basic science and research on yoga culminating in a logic model overview. We will then review the general breadth and depth of published yoga research and discuss the basics of accessing yoga research using research databases and of reading and interpreting published research papers.

Yoga Class: The Art of Psychosomatic Practice
Lauren's classes use the technology of Alignment Based Yoga, Breath Practices, Somatic Psychology and Play as an application to create specific nervous system states. Through the lens of Hatha Yoga, she encourages people to join the Autonomic Conversation so they can befriend their own system. She teaches the practice as an invitation into self-inquiry and tailors the work for all levels. Her motto is "Have More Fun."
