What students who upgraded in the past have to say
"I love continuing my education and this format with lifetime access was perfect for me. It was wonderful to have researchers from all around the world sharing their work and their views. Our host and the community were so engaging and it was exciting to see how many other people are interested in advancing this knowledge. I would definitely love to attend another conference with this group and I would absolutely recommend it to my fellow teachers and students. I already have been!"

Dive deeper Into the neuroscience of yoga
March 19 - 22 is going to be jam-packed with practical takeaways to help you transcend misinformation and improve how you practice, teach, and advocate for yoga. But there is more to the conference than just the presentations...
Upgrade today to dive even deeper into this experiential learning.
The upgraded passes offer you more opportunities to reinforce your learning, apply it during carefully chosen yoga classes, discuss all of your questions with real scientists, and connect with others to expand your viewpoints.
what comes with upgrading
There are two upgrade options:
the Lifetime Pass
the Subscription Pass
Both upgraded passes will include the following:
Yoga Workshops with Top Teachers
Take 2 yoga workshops per day with highly experienced teachers, such as Eddie Stern and Sri Dharma Mittra. These will be available live or as recordings, and help you see how the experts teach science aligned with the three topics: Yoga + Schools and Neurodiversity, Yoga + Brain Longevity, and Yoga + Migraines and Headache.
Hands-On Neuroscience Experiments
Join experiments to help you enjoy the fun of how science works and see the effects of yoga on your own neurophysiology. Examples include heart rate variability, cognitive tests, and mood studies.
Question and Answer Sessions
You will have the unique opportunity to discuss all of your questions with the presenters, who are top scientists in the field.
Discussion Groups
Practice specific skills from the conference in small groups to make progress in areas that interest you most. These include finding a scientific paper, summarizing the papers, and using it to improve your practice, teaching, and advocacy.
Member Portal
You will have the recordings of all presentations, yoga workshops, the experiments, discussion groups, and question and answer sessions available to you forever. Simply log in to the Lifetime-Access Portal.
Workbooks, transcriptions, and quizzes

Do you Have questions?
The Subscription Pass is the flexible, spread-out-cost route: you get access to all Neuroscience and Yoga Conferences for as long as your subscription is active, and you can later convert to a Lifetime Pass.
The Lifetime Pass is the “own it forever” upgrade: unlimited lifetime access to the presentations (so you can rewatch and actually integrate), plus 30 hours of Yoga Alliance + IAYT continuing education once you complete the content.
Both include the yoga workshops, Q&A sessions, discussion groups, workbooks and quizzes for their respective content. And both give membership through the rest of 2026 to our monthly meetings + member discounts on our future events.
Your subscription payments can be credited toward a Lifetime Pass for any conference year. Each year's Lifetime Pass is separate, so you must choose for which year of the conference you want continuing education credit. Example: For a $250 pass to the 2023 conference, if you've already paid $120 in subscriptions, the upgrade cost is $150 ($250 - $120, plus a $20 administrative fee).
This knowledge is often hidden in scientific literature, buried under complex language and jargon. Meanwhile, misinformation about science is spreading rapidly, especially on social media.
Yogis can benefit from a deeper understanding of science, just as scientists can gain insight from yoga. But this understanding must be grounded in evidence.
This conference aims to bridge the gap, fostering meaningful connections between scientists and yogis.
Anyone interested in how yoga affects the brain.
For Yoga Students:
Discover the science behind your experience of yoga—why it improves mental health, reduces anxiety, decreases pain, enhances reaction times, and sharpens attention.
